Worldwide Shipping

All orders are shipped from Melbourne, Australia

We also ship worldwide! Shipping costs and times will vary depending on your delivery location and shipping method. Please see below for further information.

Processing Time

Generally orders are packed and shipping the same or next business day.

During busy periods (i.e. new drops, holidays, etc.), orders maybe shipped within 2-5 business days.

We do not ship on weekends or Australian holidays.

Orders placed between Friday-Sunday will be shipped out on Mondays or Tuesdays

Tracking Your Order

When your order has been processed, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Australia/Domestic

All Australian orders are sent using Australia Post’s Parcel Post Service.

We offer FREE SHIPPING for orders over $200 AUD and a flat rate of $10 AUD applies for orders under $200 AUD.

*The free shipping promotion for orders over $200 AUD is not available during our sale periods.

If you wish to receive your package faster we also offer an Express Post option for an additional $5 AUD which can be added during checkout.

Standard Parcel Post deliveries arrive within 3-7 business days and Express Post deliveries arrive within 2-5 business days after your order has been processed by us. However, this is only an estimate and cannot be guaranteed by Australia Post or Aestheticswear.

If you are wish to pick up your package in Melbourne please select the pick up location during checkout.

New Zealand

Customers in New Zealand can choose to have their parcel shipped using standard tracked shipping or by express shipping.

Standard Tracked Shipping $10 NZD: 8-12 Business Days*

Express Tracked Shipping $25 NZD: 4-8 Business Days*

Standard Parcel Post deliveries arrive within 8-12 business days and Express Post deliveries arrive within 4-8 business days after your order has been processed by us. However, this is only an estimate and cannot be guaranteed by Australia Post or Aestheticswear.

Customers in USA can choose to have their parcel shipped using standard tracked shipping or by express shipping.

Lost Packages

Under all circumstances, the carrier is responsible for all mail that undergo delivery services.

Aestheticswear cannot be held responsible for unfortunate events such as misplaced, lost or stolen packages during the time of transit.
