Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email which includes your order number and order details.

We aim to process your order within 1 to 2 business days. However, this is dependent on the volume of sales at the time of ordering. During busy periods such as peak sales, restocks and new drops, delivery of your order may take slightly longer (within 2 – 5 business days).

We do not ship on weekends or Australian holidays (orders placed between Friday-Sunday will be shipped out on Mondays or Tuesdays).

Once the parcel has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. This email will include shipping details and a tracking number.

Once your order has been shipped, the approximate arrival time depends on your location and the type of shipping method selected.

Do international orders need to pay customs fees?

For all international orders, some countries may incur custom duties and taxes which are required to be paid by the customer prior to final delivery. All customs duties and taxes are enforced by local governments and are in no way associated or controlled by freight providers or Aestheticswear.

Popular items can sell out quickly, but don’t worry, sometimes we will restock these items. If you're signed up with us, you'll receive notifications from us from time to time on items back in stock.

Embroidered products:

To keep our embroidery products in excellent condition please wash on gentle cold settings. Turn the product inside out to protect the embroidery and try not to wash with other clothing that might cause damage such as items with zippers or buttons. Allow to hang dry.

Other products:

We recommend washing your Aestheticswear in cold water and hang drying. We do not recommend using a clothes dryer as this could result in damage or shrink the items.

To help maintain the original colours, we recommend you wash your Aestheticswear with similar colours. Wash your items inside out and avoid washing with clothes that have rough surfaces (e.g. denim).
