Return & Refund Policy
At Aestheticswear, every piece is created in limited quantities and crafted with intention, care, and artistry. Because our garments are produced in small batches and are not restocked, all sales are final. This policy helps us maintain the exclusivity and collectible nature of our collections.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind or general dissatisfaction after purchase.
Size Exchanges (Limited Availability)
We understand sizing can sometimes be tricky. We are able to offer an exchange for a different size only if the requested size is still available and within 14 days of purchase.
All items returned for size exchange must be unworn, unwashed, in original condition, and with tags attached.
If the size you need is unavailable, the item will not be eligible for return or credit.
Please note: We do not restock items, so exchange options are limited.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear images of the issue. We will review your case and arrange a replacement or credit if applicable.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition for assessment.
Custom & Personalised Orders
Personalised and custom embroidery orders are final and cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded under any circumstances.

We operate with intention — creating wearable art that is made in small quantities. To honour our creative process and maintain quality and exclusivity, we are unable to accept returns or restock items once they are sold.
