Returns/Exchanges

We strive to provide our customers with high-quality products and excellent customer service. We understand that sometimes a refund or exchange may be necessary. Please read our returns and exchange policy below carefully to understand your options and the procedures to follow.


Items are accepted for return within 14 days of you receiving the items subject to the following provisions.
1) The original receipt or proof of purchase is required.
2) Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. Quick try-on is cool, wearing items for the day or at the gym is not.
We do not take back any worn, washed or damaged merchandise including, but not limited to, makeup, stains, smell, excessive animal/human hair, fuzz, lint, etc.
We are entitled to refuse a return if the product is returned damaged, not in a re-saleable condition or missing accessories, tags or original packaging.

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Intimate apparel (e.g., underwear, swimwear, and socks)
- All sale items as they are final sale
- Items purchased from third-party retailers or websites

We offer Free Exchanges on domestic orders (Australia) but currently we cannot offer free returns for any purchase.

For domestic returns, the cost of the prepaid return shipping label will be deducted from your refund.

For International orders we do not offer exchanges however we do allow returns. You are responsible for shipping us your returns using a carrier of your choice.

If you are using your own label please make sure to include your order number and tracking number so we can identify and process the return smoothly.

When exchanging items you can chose a new size, colour or even a completely different product as long as the new item is in stock. Exchanges do not hold items until the return items have been shipped and processed at our facility. Please note at times, items are subject to become out of stock before the returns are processed. If this is the case we can either issue you a store credit or a refund instead.

Please allow up to 7 business days to process your return from the day we receive it. It may take up to 14 business days during peak season such as holidays and new launches, etc.

Once we have inspected and confirmed that your return meets the provisions outlined above, we will either process your refund to your original payment method, initiate your exchange or issue you store credit as requested.

Return Shipping:
Customers are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning the item (free for domestic exchanges), unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product). We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for your return. We are not responsible for any lost or damaged packages during the return process.

Defective Items:
If you receive a defective item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving the product, providing your order number, a clear description and photo of the issue. We will assess the situation and provide you with instructions for returning the item, or we may arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Please note that any refunds or exchanges are subject to our discretion and compliance with the terms stated above. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item does not meet our eligibility criteria or if the request is made outside the specified timeframe.
